By switching to this our intake process providers supercharge their immediate data analysis starting with THE VERY FIRST evaluation.
The Rapid-Response Virtual Platform cross-references symptoms and patient data with the CPT/ICD medical codex. It will show every lab you have medical necessity to perform and bill.

The exact “potential” disease states listed in ICD language that their intake subjective indicates.
The Medical Necessity qualifications from intake on 298+ Labs offered on the Rapid Response Virtual Platform. This comes in a report that you are able to send along with your encounter form reimbursement submissions.
Lab ordering medical necessity + E&M diagnostic return data
Once a patient has filled out the digital intake you are given immediate access to medical necessity plus CPT/ICDs for ordering 298+ potential labs. You will know what labs to run and their exact profitability.
Once the Labs are run there is a data return to the Rapid-Response Diagnostic Platform for the evaluation of results. This then gives you the E&M medical necessity and ICD qualifications, plus profitability, to further work the patient up. This also generates a report to submit along with your encounter forms for billing.

18 mo contract practices on our programs have the following requirements:
2 full-time providers and 3 full-time credentialed staff (the third can be
a Nurse, LMP, etc.)
A minimum average of 25 patients per day over the last 12 months.
(Some flexibility here.)
Commitment to scale to 50 patients a day in the first 6 months.
Willingness to develop the support staff for a minimum of 75 patients
a day within the first 2 years.

Operate as an extension of the partner laboratory.
Partner Laboratory will provide all required Reagents.
Partner Laboratory purchases and maintains Lab equipment.
Partner Laboratory manages all LAB reimbursements.
Access E&M code calculations from lab data for optimized billing.
If you already have a RALS license you can extend that for your practice partner. Or if you don’t have one we can help you get that.
Adhere to per transaction costs at the standard $15 per stat result.
