Once a patient has filled out the digital intake you are given immediate access to medical necessity plus CPT/ICDs for ordering 298+ potential labs. You will know what labs to run and their exact profitability.
Once the Labs are run, there is a data return to the Rapid-Response Diagnostic Platform for the evaluation of results. This then gives you the E&M medical necessity and ICD qualifications, plus profitability, to further work up the patient. This also generates a report to submit along with your encounter forms for billing.
WE MAKE THE PROCESS EASY BY NETWORKING SPECIFIC LAB EQUIPMENT
The Rapid-Response Virtual Platform works with a data model or “Brain” built to work with several popular CLIA waived, FDA Cleared lab equipment. This includes the popular Abbott Piccolo. All of the lab results are sent instantly to this central dataset and made available through the Rapid-Response Diagnostic Platform.
Our STAT results enables rapid clinical decision-making and same day/visit diagnostic results.

Rapid-Response Medical Centers Minimum Practice Requirements
2 full-time providers / 3 full-time credentialed staff (the third can be a Nurse, LMP, etc.)
A minimum average of 25 patients per day over the last 12 months. (Some flexibility here)
Commitment to scale to 50 patients a day in the first 6 months.
Willingness to develop the support staff for up to 75 patients a day within the first 2 years.
WE MARKET WITH YOU
As part of our service, we will work to help you reach the 50 patients a day as well as continue beyond this.
We require a $500 monthly marketing budget, which we will use 100% of, to increase your patient count.
We spend this in GEO fencing and website retargeting campaigns.
